Friday, 9/10, 1:00pmRun easy 30-40 minutes on your own. Do 6-minute ab workout after (up & downs, cross-crunches, flutter kick, boat pose, 30 sec each). Do 1 minute (or more) plank after.

Captains lead practice: 40-60 minute recovery run. Run at conversation pace (LongSlowDistance pace) to recover from race. Bring snacks to eat after C block and eat lunch AFTER the workout.
